Roger, I hit a super spot on Spring Creek in 2003 and had an exceptional 45+
fish day. I would be glad to take you over. Elk Creek can be an excellent
fish as well and you can start on the section where it runs into Penns and
not wander far from the crowd. Plan on dredging Penns with nymphs unless
you see the fish actively feeding on top. Even then they are often taking
emergers and will turn a nose at a dry.

During the clave, will anyone be likely to fish the surounding waters?
(Pine, Elk, Big fishing and/or Spring creek?)
It would be nice to see more than one water. After all, I will have gone a
long way to get there.
