Not baseball. Baseball will endure, it's a timeless, splendid
beautiful game that will prevail in spite of itself. Many things
will happen in this century, some not even dreamed of now, but
come the next millenium there will still be baseball. You can
count on that just as sure as you can count on the warm days of
spring following the dark days of winter.
