I like his early stuff as well, but he is best live. My favorite CDs are Live
Shots and Live at Liberty Lunch. I have not listened to the new Flatlanders CD
that was released this week. Some of their best wok is when Jimmie Dale gilmore
is singing on a song written by Butch Hancock and Joe playing acoustic or dobro
and it don't hurt if Ponty Bone is playing that old squeeze box.
