Welllllll.......not exactly. "To be or not to be....." is frequently used
without attribution, both in its original form and in parody. When authors
borrow from the classics they often assume that the material will be
familiar to a literate audience, thus rendering attribution superfluous, and
that the audience IS literate. In the instant case, Magoo himself would
have needed dark glasses to avoid being blinded by the clues.
