Since the Michigan trout season is not open yet, you will have to fish the
flies only section. There are four sections that I know of which fit these
requirements but for camping the manistee is open from M-72 to the CCC
bridge. If memory serves me correctly there is a campground at the CCC
bridge so there you go!

As to conditions and hatches I can't help you but Steve Southard @ the fly

condition section on the website but I doubt he's updated it but I have been
