The best weather forecast for central PA is "Weather World," produced
by members of the PSU Depaartment of Meteorology faculty.

Occasionally they stick their necks out and make a "long shot"
forecast. Today, they forecast that this May will be cool and dry,
with an inch less precip than normal for the month.
