Idaho Sportsman's Accesses

What you should do, Larry, is just camp, unless there's a "no camping"
sign. If someone with a badge and/or a gun tells you to move, then move.
I'm sure you're right but sometimes getting in and out of places with the
trailer is a bitch. I bet you've fished the Big Lost and I remember the
first time I turned off the main road into that access/ camping area .... I
was thinking, " If there isn't a good place to turn around I'm going to be
here forever"g That particular place the road has NO shoulder so you
can't even park the rig and walk in to check, first.
I'm most likely going to be near Island Park, anyway, and the Teton is
within easy "day trip" of there ..... what I would really like to know,
without having to go look, is if a nice camping spot exists along the Teton,
or should I just daytrip it ... I far prefer to fish near "home" and for
several days at a time in a given place
A very nice ROFFreader/ sometime poster suggested the Teton for last year,
but I never got to fish it. I did drive there ( already in a bad mood,
from a week of truck repair hassle ) only to find that it was a "big
weekend" for a music deal and that nobody I could find knew where I might
park my rig, ( or was willing to tell me, anyway.) It's an incredibly
beautiful area, and I want to make sure not to miss it this year.
