I was wondering if anyone might be able to suggest some flies for this
time of year for this area. I'm also looking for any resources,
websites for SE PA, or NE PA as well.
TIA

Streamers...
*retch*
and large bead head nymphs for NE Penna right now. Water is about 41
degrees and the fish are
*burp*
still sluggish and not fond of going out of their way
*burp*
to eat.
Not like
*burp*
me!
Try Clousers, Matukas, Muddlers, Wooly Buggers and Ghosts for the streamers
in size 4 to 8 and large Prince and GH Hares Ear for the nymphs in #10 to
12.
Wait until water temp get to 48 to 54 degrees for possible dry fly action.
About two weeks away in NE Penna.
They say cold for the next few days - will keep the water in the upper
*burp*
thirties to low forties for awhile.
