I am in the market to buy some breathable waders, size XXLS, from

model?

From my research I have concluded that Simms cannot be beat for
quality,
but it seems that Orvis cant be beat for warranty?

I don't think Simms can be beat for warranty either. Their
lightweights are great, and the guide weights are great too. My guide
weights started leaking in the feet after about 500 days of fishing. I
sent them back, and Simms offered to replace the feet and fix the small
leaks in the rest for $100. I decided they were generally worn enough
that I just bought a new pair of lightweights for 200. I think the
lightweights are just as good as the guide weights, and they kept me
warm as toast all winter steelhead fishing.

Orvis, if you can trust their word, will repair any pair of waders for
life for $30. And they will replace the waders for 4 years.
