Yes it was, Walt. We have one of those editions too :-) Our "cheap"
edition was published by David McKay of Philadelphia, 1931. There was a
recent edition published by Ecco Press in 1995, reprinted in 1997- I'm
assuming it was paperback. I haven't seen it, but I'm really good at
looking up things like that :-)
