Default Flyline Dressing?

Thanks Bill...I appreciate your help. Also, I am here in Southern Illinois,
a beautiful area to behold. I'm less than five minute from a huge Federal
Wildlife refuge and the Shawnee National Forest. Allot of great warm water
fishing, though Devils Kitchen Lake a large pristine deep and clear
springfed lake has a sustaining population of good trout. It was stocked
back in 1975 and the fish liked it enough to spawn and survive. It is
stocked occasionally. Thanks to those that helped. Mike

Mike,

It all works but some seem to think that the Japanese made "TMC Line
Dressing" imported by Umpqua is best.

Some swear by "Russ Peak Line Dressing".

The old timers use Mucilin paste.

(I buy that Abolene stuff by the 55 gallon drum so I can save enough money
to go to the sushi bar once a month.)
