In NY, that's considered hunting. Worse, it's hunting using a

Clarification: I said I shoot them ON the ass, not IN the ass. That NY law
is just amazing. Here in Washington its perfectly OK to shoot a deer with a
BB gun while riding a mule. Just shows you how diverse this country is.
