Did I mention it was going to RAIN???!!!!

An unduly pessimistic prophecy, Wayne. Here's the forecast from the
NWS office in State College, scarcely two hours old:

wind. Chance of rain 30 percent.

Notice that at no time is the chance of rain more than 30 percent.

And if it does rain, it won't be an all-day downpour.
