osmo - since we are talking about 2005 at the earliest, perhaps there is
time to plan. however, i am not a hunter, though i like eating
freshly-killed game. my friend jim is the true sportsman - hunts fish
and game - and he's the one most interested. i would enjoy tagging
along on a hike watching dog's work the birds though. still, going to a
remote, pristine location near the arctic circle and fishing for char,
trout, and grayling remains my main purpose for wanting to visit the
sweden roger described to us at penns. if that can't be done in
conjunction with a hunting venture...well, i prefer to maximize the
fishing. however, if we can fish and others can hunt...well, that means
more to eat, eh! g...

Jeff,

Ok! It is up to you, if you want just see the hunting and feel the
delicious
of the fresh game. But now you know the time of the year that this is
possible.

I am hunting grouse in september and october here. In Sweden the grouse
hunting is possible up to the end of January.

BTW, have you seen the gourmet trip pages by Roger? This is the same
area that the clave is going to be this year.
