states if I didn't order it & they sent it to me that I can keep it?

I don't need extra work at this juncture of my life, I have enough right
now. Anyone know the legalities of this? I also noted that the book

wasn't
sent to me directly from BASS (AL),but from some company up North (like MI
maybe).
