Default carpet soles

I don't know what kind of carpet he used, but I've found that shag carpet
works best for me. I've been using carpet for about 30 years. I suppose
shag carpeting is hard to come by these days, since shag has gone out of
style (good riddance). I'm just about out of my supply.
