I was riding my motorcycle to work last summer and stopped at an
intersection. I look over and see a ton of bees in the back of this guy's
station wagon. I'm thinking maybe he just got this thing out of a garage
and didn't know they were there and would soon find himself careening across
the road swatting at a swarm of bees in his car. I hurriedly make my way
along side the driver's window and frantically start pointing to the back of
his car. He smiled knowingly and waved it off. It was then that I noticed
they were all over him and his wife. I still don't know what to say about
that one..
The only thing I can think of is that maybe they captured a wild swarm
and had the queen in there and she was happy enough? Give them enough
sugar water and they're supposed to be calm. Nothing _I'd_ want to
do. Very strange even in that case. In any other case, worthy of
selling to the Enquirer (is that still in business?).
