Yes Steve--tied in at the head. I did fail to mention the 1/24 ox. brass
dumbbell eyes (can also use 1/36 oz).--so make sure to tie it upside down
i.e. the orange bucktail is tied on top of the hook--which will become the
underside when finished. Also--put the eyes back at the 1/3 on the
shank--not jammed up against the eye of the hook.
