A variation of Popovic's 'Semper Fleye' tied by a friend in Philly. He
calls it a 'Spey Fleye'

Tail: Matched hackles and flash, per the Semper Fleye
Body: Estaz
Collar: Spey hackle, tips should come past hook point when wet
Epoxy head with large prism eyes. Red thread collar in front of the hackle,
if you like.

Smallies knocked 'em all over the local tribs last year in white and in
chartreuse.
