I was tying up some Henry Fork Hoppers for latter in the season and it
occurred to me that the bundled up elk hair that forms the slightly extended
body could be replaced by white foam creating the same visual result and
probably have the same floating characteristics. The elk underwing can
easily be tied in separately and it's a faster easier job. Is this still a
Henry Forks Hopper and shouldn't the foam substitute body give the same
results?
