Most all the US outboard companies are working with Japanese companies for
their 4 strokes.
Thanks for the heads up. It might be easier to get the Mercury serviced?

looked it up and compared it to the Merc.
They're the same engine. Much of Mercury's
4-stroke line - at least the power heads -
