I wrote a Gospel song once, and performed it at the "Gold Guitar awards" a
big thing down here in NZ. They reckon it was one of the best attendances at
the gospel section though they tempered with the stat that at least 80% of
the corwd was there just to see if I got blown off the stage by a lightning
bolt... kinda like posting on ROFF really
The chorus for the song was something like... (It's been a while...)
"Out in the great outdoors,
is where I say my ptrayers
and the gifts he gives me everyday,
shows me that he cares.
I don't claim to know his bibkle
or the foundations that he laid
so I give my thanks to him
in the places that he made"
or something like that....
