If it ain't cyberstalking, it certainly is harassment. Watch out for that
.edu access. They take things like that very seriously.

I think they would have a problem correlating the repeated asking of what time
it is with stalking, but, at very least, there should be a secret roffian code
that defines it as extremely tedious and boring and, therefore, an offense of
the worst kind.
