Now now, he's got a point there. How are your illegal indulgences

Smoking dope should be legal, trashing our National Forests on an
ATV where they are illegal should be punishable by life in prison.
Either that or piano wire decapitation of illegal motorheads in our
National Forests should be classified as involuntary filth slaughter
and punishable by a $50 fine for the first three offenses and a $10
fine for each subsequent offense.

Eye of the beholder. I view them roughly equal. Both are illegal,
both are considered minor offenses. Actually, riding an ATV in the
woods is perfectly legal in many places, so in that regard it's not
all that hard a case to make that your illegal drug use is worse.
