There already is a high end market for hancrafted wood bass lures! As
for down sizeing them....ever see a bass "eat" !

I target mainly smallmouth. I've seen them surface to hit my jointed rapala.The
jointed rapala is always smaller than what i would use for pike. Pike will go
after a 2 lb or better fish. the lures i use for pike are larger, muskie are
not presently my target but they would be in the same category as pike, muskie
lures are known to be larger, i have a whole box full of them, i guess thats
why i am saying a downsized version for bass, i'm not convinced that the high
end market is as developed for bass as it is for muskie, of course i'm speaking
of handcrafted wood lures
