The last time I looked the Wally World ones were South Bend ceramics. Not
horrible, but for a rod you eally like I reccomend stopping by the local
tackle shop. Even a Fuji tip is only a few dollars.

One thing I have done as a fix on the cheap... I have started saving my
broken rods so I can reuse hardware like tips off of the broken rods for
other rods.

The glue stick that comes with some of the replacement tips seems to not do
as a good a job as regular glue gun hot glue sticks. In addition most of
those that come with kits are wrapped with paper that is almost impossible
to peal off. I can use a regular hot glue stick with a lighter or match.
It seems to hold better, and there is no stupid paper stuck to the glue
stick.

Wally world sells replacement tips in a three pack. There are three
different sizes in the pack. One of them usually will fit. Try measuring
the tip end with a ruler but use metric. See if that corresponds with the
size. The glue stick that comes with the tips is more then enough to glue
all three tips in a pack and still have some left over. You can put the
extra glue in with your tackle in case it comes off again while fishing.
Just make sure before gluing the new tip on the end is clean and the tip
is
not frayed or cracked. You can also take it to a local tackle shop and
they
will fix it for a small fee.
