I can't email someone I have no contact for. Most chapter's don't seem to
have an email address either. I've been contacted by one from this email
and I'm hoping to get some more details soon.

At the bottom of the list is a link that says "Click here to contact a
chapter without a link". This sends an email to the NJ Bass Federation
secretary. He should be able to provide you with additional contact
information.
