I used to live on a lake in Southern Florida and would fish every other
weekend with a neighbor. I was recently relocated to Southern California
where there is NO water, let alone any fish, unless I want to drive 2
hours
into the mountains. I have several very nice freshwater rods and reels in

Where the hell are you in SoCal? There are lots of lakes to store all our
NorCal water they steal. Lots of bass, big bass, in SoCal. Castaic at
Santa Clarita, Pyramid on I-5 North of LA, all the San Diego lakes. And
lots of Salt water to fish. Those bass poles and reels are great for
calicos and sand bass. Just rinse after fishing.
