Are you speaking of Piru Lake near Fillmore, California? If so, what species
of fish are in the creek?

My wife and I were married in a 100 + year old church (the same church that
was used in the filming of Waterboy and they were actually filming the day
before our wedding, quite interesting to watch the filming, sorry got side
tracked...) in the town of Piru, CA., my bride grew up in the
Ventura/Fillmore area. We went down to Piru Lake, however, only witnessed
people playing on the lake, no one was fishing.

Piru lake is deep enough to take a 7' pontoon boat down? I've heard of
people fishing their way down the river I just thought floating would be
fun but there doesnt seem like there would be enough water to do so
execpt in spring.
