Did not say it was smart to wear a sidearm in the unincorporated areas, just
is legal.

incorperated area I wouldnt try it in the areas I lived in unless you
owned
the land you were on. Merced and Mariposa arent too friendly on that.
But I can say it is easier to get a firearm in Ca than in IL where I live
now.
