OT Ratatouille
She was the only celebrity that I could do a passible voice impression
of...I really enjoyed her style maybe because she reminded me of a favorite
Great Aunt of mine.

She was an inspiration, a curmudgeon and an icon. No low-fat,
no low-calorie, no "substituting", she cooked with the real
stuff and dined on the real stuff and she died in her sleep
last night at the age of 91. Rest in peace Julia Child, you
were quite a gal.
I went through my dog-eared copy of _Mastering the Art of
French Cooking_ trying to match up a recipe with what's in
the larder. Tonight it's ratatouille "Julia Style." Gonna
take me all afternoon, Julia, god bless her, didn't believe
in cutting any culinary corners.
