Default Blackfin Tuna

I'm looking for any advice on trolling for blackfin tuna. I fish in the
Gulf of Mexico out of Destin, FL and the blackfin come in pretty close
to shore in the early Fall. I've spotted them while trolling for Kings
but have had little success in hooking them. This year I'd like to try
to target the blackfin. We did manage to hook a couple last year
trolling dusters with cigar minnows through the large schools of bonito
that we also see in the Fall, but I'm looking for ways to increase the
chance of hooking blackfin instead of Kings or bonito.

I'm thinking about using ballyhoo rigs, which we usually use farther
offshore, trolling at closer to offshore speeds (6-8 mph instead of
4-5), and placing the baits well back for the boat since they have a rep
for being "boat shy". Thoughts anyone?
