does anyone know a good trout dough recipie?

2 lbs. lobster meat (New England, not those sissy clawless things).

Frozen
is OK.
2 cups white stone ground cornmeal
1 cup Velveeta

Put it all through a meat grinder and stir until thick and pasty. You can
roll up little 1/4" balls in advance and let them dry. If the fish aren't
hitting, they're good for snacking too.

I've heard about a similar recipe in which your own fingers are substituted
for the lobster meat. Of course, you'll need to find someone to roll the
dough into balls, and I wouldn't recommend snacking on them when the action
slows. As always, YMMV.

Cheers;
