Was up in Elgin the other day doing a surveillance job. After we broke we
went down to ramp. It's under the I90 bridge on the west bank. Not a big
parking lot, but never seen many boats there anyway. Local told us plenty of
depth. Will have to have you join my girlfriend and I for a trip this spring
