I have used the FitOver brand for a couple of years, the trimmed down
version with gray lenses. Approx. $80. I like the side shield feature very
much when on the water because it helps block the side glare and wind.
People with contact lenses that have borrowed them are very pleased with the
side shield effect.
I use them with and without my prescription glasses. I have no problem with
fit or comfort either way. I tried the fit-over concept because of several
unsatisfactory attempts at using expensive prescription ground polarized
sunglasses. I have stopped trying at this purchase for a while because I am
not sure what I am expecting from the polarizing effect, perhaps I am
expecting too much and it gets expensive to keep trying to get the million
dollar man sight.
