Oh, it is. Also a good place for bass (large and smallmouth), white and
yellow perch, and chain pickerel. Maybe the best bluegill fishing in the
State. It's like 8 bluegill ponds rolled into one. Tim and I had the whole
place to ourselves. No sound at all aside from the birds and bugs and
occasional noises from us.
The bad news is I blew up my 4 wt. rod - male part of a spigot ferrule
shatterred during a cast. Good news is it's guaranteed, and as good news,
my 3 weight KPOS casts a 4 wt. line beautifully so I was able to keep on
fishing.
