Default Javelin Boat

if only finding a prop was as easy as finding a guy with the same boat and
matching his prp. every boat is a little different and will prop out
different. motor set up, load distribution and even condition of the hull
are just 3 of about 10,000 variables that seem to affect things.

for starters try a good brand name 23p in a 4 blade and you should be close.
if you are raising the motor, watch the rpms on choppy water and keep a
close eye on the water pressure. if you don't have a tach and water gauge,
don't raise the motor.

also don't expect too much. that 200 won't push that 20 footer like a guy
running a 225 on a tricked out gambler, so don't expect it. my guess is 65
mph is about all you are going to get with a decent hole shot. but then
what do i know anyway?

good luck
