then back to business as usual. We have software
running in a lab in Alabama. When they lost their
hard drive we found out that they had last done a
backup about 8 months before. We found out because
they expected us to recreate their data. Four months
later they lost the new drive and it turned out that they
hadn't done a backup since the drive was installed.
