How about re-employing the redundant hounds.
They could be lined up along the coast and trained to sniff out and destroy
the Licence Enforcers.

As an after thought, If the countryside lobby could get 1/2million out to
protest in london, think how many anglers could be mustered - millions!!!

There was much wailing by CA people that a hunting ban would mean a lot of
hounds that couldn't be household pets would be put down (shot).
