With outlook Express could you not go to "Message" then choose "create rule
from message"
1) Tick the box "where the from line contains people"
2) Tick "delete"
3) click on "where the from line contains" and add each cross posted group
that individually.
I dont know if this will work I am going to try as soon as I get some more
of this crap as I have deleted it all .
