i agree. it's more difficult, day by day. the bitterness is
becoming overwhelming. the disputes, long ago, seemed to be an
invitation to relatively respectful intellectual contests. but since
40 and wolfgang have sworn to bilious confrontations until the end of
time, a sort of gloom has settled over the place, for me.

this place becomes more boring every day, for me.

Are you saying this place would be less boring without Ken and Wolfgang posting?
Less controversial, maybe. Less confrontational, possibly. Less boring? I don't
