All the rods I build have Fuji seats and guides but this seat is for me and
fuji doesn't make it.
The question is who does?

There are three major manufactures of reel seats fuji pacific bay and
american tackle. Fuji used to make an offset seat. If I were
building the rod to sell I would use nothing but fuji componets beause
they are the best in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure I can make the cork handle but I cant find the reel
seats.
