If it is not in your consideration of features, buy the bib style pants for
more assurance of staying dry, especially if you are operating a boat,
60mph, or in a stiff wind and do not have enough hands to keep the jacket
secured well enough.

I will add my evaluation of value for the upper-end of the BPS rain suit
with bibs. I have had no problem with two sets we use in our family.
Another place that sometimes has value products is www.rei.com. It is a
coop, joining will get you ~10% payback on purchases within a year period.
Their Goretex parkas are especially good and give good warmth.
