No thats an idea I like.

Youth fishing opportunities. I'ld donate rods and old tackle for something
like that. I have too much stuff now.

How would you make something like that work?

I agree with you that every individual needs to decide for
themselves...but this does not have to be public. At work, we do things
during the year to raise some money, then at Christmas, we find some
families that need some help, only they and us know about it...no
publicity, just people helping people is all. My thoughts along the line
might be to help some inner-city kids discover fishing, share what we
all love.
But like I said, I certainly respect your views, and anyone elses!
