October Rain...and big Steelhead
The great tribs of the mighty Skeena River received a good shot of rain in
the last two days. Half the rain landed as snow and the Skeena is still
green. This rain will bring the larger more dominate spawners up from the
mouth of the Skeena to stage at the mouths of their own feeder streams and
rivers. The large squared jaw Bulkley's, the Extra thick, chrome and white
Babine Beauties, the Kispiox Chromers, the list just goes on and on. It's
time to fish til the line freezes in your guides. "Think Chrome"
