Thanks John. As always your reply is set on an even keel. I actually
already ordered what I wanted through Tackle Warehouse, and it should arrive
today. Of course that was before my ill fated phone call from the guy at
RI.

All I really used from them was the W.W.Hook so its no big loss. I can
always tie my own weedguards if I want to go that way.

I asked him why he was discriminating against Arizona. I guess it is a
sore subject to him to have to fill out his monthly sales tax reports
and send them in so he refuses to do so. I suppose my e-mail could have
been worded more tactfully. As an Arizona business man myself I have my
own axe to grind with the Arizona Department of Revenue, but there was
no need to have him take out his frustrations on me. Hmmm..... Maybe I
could yell at every one of my repeat customers because I have to pay
taxes when they put money in my pocket. LOL.
If he hadn't hung up on me I would have pointed out that he might able
to request to only report sales taxes quarterly. Some businesses are
allowed that privilege. I never looked into it myself, but I have heard
that it is possible.

Bob, I agree, there is no excuse for rudeness, it indicates a character
flaw....but I also agree when you said you wouldn't cut your nose off to
spite your face . If you like the product, maybe you know someone over
in Winterhaven that you could use their address to have it shipped to?
