I agree with this and want to see continued improvement. The biggest
part of the improvement in our fisheries in my lifetime was do to the
establishment of the Clean Water Act. Before it was instituted, the
rivers and streams in Illinois where I grew up were literally sewers in
many cases. Do some research on Bush's position on The Clean Water Act
and what he's tried to do to weaken and/or repeal it.
