Absolutely correct - he isn't. But he isn't an enemy of them, either.


I think his position on the Clean Water Act and his free market approach
to our National lands do make him an "enemy" of our fisheries.


Last I checked, it isn't in the job description, and the same document
provides for no right(s) as to folks being able to fish on public
waters. The fact that it is available is much like a driver's license,
a hunting license, etc. - a privilege.


Fishing may very well be a privilege (although there are States that
have it as a "right" in their constitutions) but the health of our
fisheries isn't.
