I will still use the W.W.Hooks until I run out of the order enroute through
Tackle Warehouse, but I will definitely look for an alternative hook. Maybe
get some bait holders and tie my own mono weedguards. I caught a lot of
fish using a bait holder for wacky worming before I discovered the W.W.Hook.
As to their soft plastic line. I just don't have a lot of confidence in it
so its no big loss. Although I have to be honest I know two guys who are
very good sticks that swear by the Beaver Tail, and Wide Beaver.
As to you not using them, that is your choice. I won't cut off my nose to
spite my face, but I sure won't promote him again.
The really funny thing is this is the second small soft plastics
manufacturer that I have dealt with who threw a temper tantrum about
negative feedback. Most of the big guys like Culprit have always been
extremely responsive to feedback both negative and positive. (I have a
bunch of Culprit plastic in my boat.)

I asked him why he was discriminating against Arizona. I guess it is a
sore
subject to him to have to fill out his monthly sales tax reports and send
them in so he refuses to do so. I suppose my e-mail could have been
worded
more tactfully. As an Arizona business man myself I have my own axe to
grind with the Arizona Department of Revenue, but there was no need to
have
him take out his frustrations on me. Hmmm..... Maybe I could yell at
every
one of my repeat customers because I have to pay taxes when they put
money
in my pocket. LOL.
If he hadn't hung up on me I would have pointed out that he might able to
request to only report sales taxes quarterly. Some businesses are
allowed
that privilege. I never looked into it myself, but I have heard that it
is
possible.

That's terrible that he acted like that. I don't know how guys like that
stay
in business. I know I won't consider the use of his products now as a
result of
his complete lack of professionalism.
