Lot's of the folks Charlie saw are there for the big fish only - the only
time they use a flyrod is at the San Juan. Their casting is pretty telltale
(I'm no Jason Borger) but their hooksets tell you for sure....

Cheap gear for sure. Cheap, bad gear, not cheap, good gear like I use (G).
I think I've mentioned the shirtless guys in neoprenes before.
